Operations Manager
Location: Draper, UT
Reports to: VP of Engineering
Compensation: $90k to $120k DOE + quarterly performance bonus eligibility

Responsibilities & Requirements of the Operations Manager:
- Lead, manage, and supervise multiple production lines and Line Supervisors, with indirect oversight of production employees on liquid manufacturing lines.
- Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining a clean, collaborative, and safe work environment.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports, effectively addressing performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in food-grade or consumable product industries.
- Make recommendations on hiring, staffing, and terminations, while supporting training, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving company culture, with the ability to ramp up quickly.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of compliance certifications and industry standards is highly desirable.
- Exhibit strong organizational and decision-making skills to ensure efficient team management and smooth operations.
